'John Richards Sports Therapy' strives to manage the appointment system, avoiding client delays and minimising loss of therapy time through late cancellations and failed attendance.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours of advance notice if you cannot keep your appointment.

Should you fail to attend your appointments without giving notice, a charge

maybe payable.
